As Manager of Business Mangement you will take on the full P&L responsibility for our Business total turnover of approx. 4 Bilion SEK per year. You will take on the challenging task of running the current business but at the same time pick up new potential revenue streams and make them a successful part of our future business.


As manager of BM you will manage our pricing and go to market strategy. You will guide and target set our sales channels with firm but yet gentle hand.


Together with Marketing Communication you will guide our Business into a datadriven future where we act on our potential customers actions and interest during the whole customer lifecycle.


You will help out to set the agenda for coming business development areas such as eHealth, IoT, Analytics and Professional Services.


The right person will be given a lot of freedom to shape our business management organization and function to make us even better shaped for tomorrows business needs. You will also be a central part of our Scandinavian Cluster discussions going forward.


Reports to head of Marketing but will have a lot of exposure towards the top management team.

Vi söker en säljare / försäljningsingenjör för tekniska keramer, som tänker strategiskt och gillar att arbeta självständigt och långsiktigt.

Arbetsbasen kommer att vara Sverige-kontoret i Spånga – Stockholm och du kommer att ingå i avdelningens team som f.n. består av 6 personer. Vi förväntar oss att du tillbringar en stor del av din tid ute hos kunderna. Vi räknar med ca 80 -100 resdagar per år.


Din geografiska marknad, som du ansvarar för är i första hand Norge där fokus ligger på offshore och subsea industrin. Konkreta säljstrategier, planer och aktiviteter utvecklas och diskuteras i samarbete med den nordiska divisionschefen, som du också rapporterar direkt till. I ditt dagliga arbete har du kontakt med våra kunder i Norge och leverantörer i Europa (främst vårt koncernbolag i Tyskland). 

Förutom att finna nya intressanta kunder och branscher samt bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer ska den befintliga kundbasen givetvis också vårdas.

The role

Daily accounting 

  • Accounting of vendor invoices (except supplier invoices for costs of goods and transport invoice, which are done by the Sales Support))

  • All general accounting

  • Booking of customer payments

  • Booking of vendor payments

  • Handling all outgoing payments (vendors, netting, salaries)

  • Payment of invoices

Finalizing monthly closes + reconciliation of monthly close

Preparing Annual Report + all contact with auditors

Reporting to tax authorities 

Answers to everybody internally and externally regarding financial matters

Ad Hoc questions regarding finance and HR from Group.

Management reporting within ATC to Manager

Ceramics Denmark accounting day to day handled by external accounting company in Denmark.

Reporting of monthly/quarterly/yearly numbers to Group (via Cognos) for ATC 

Transfer Pricing responsible

Administrate Budget and Forecast for ATC 


Travel expenses bill from staff
